About Expenses
Expenses records what your business spends: the supplier, the category, the amount paid and the tax you can reclaim. Each expense goes straight into the same books as your invoices, so the ledger, the trial balance and the reports include it. A summary shows what you spent this month and this year and the tax to reclaim, and the CSV export is ready for a spreadsheet or your accountant. A mistake is voided, never deleted, so the books keep their history. Everything stays in this browser, and nothing is uploaded.
