ITpris VerktygPrivacy
Privacy policy
ITpris Verktyg is a set of office and creative apps that run on your own device: on the website and in its apps. This page says what they do with your data. The short answer: your files stay with you.
Your files stay on your device
Everything you open, make or save stays on this device: in the apps' own storage, or in the folders and places you choose. ITpris Verktyg has no server that receives your files, and nothing you open is uploaded. Your settings are kept on this device too.
No account
There is no account, sign-up or login. ITpris Verktyg does not know who you are and keeps no profile of you.
Analytics and ads
The website can count visits with Google Analytics and show ads with Google AdSense, but only after you accept them. Until then no third-party script loads. Google then handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time in Settings.
No analytics, no ads
ITpris Verktyg does not measure your visits, shows no ads and loads no third-party tracking code.
AI services you connect
The AI features work with a model on your device, a server on your own computer, or an AI service you connect yourself with your own key or sign-in. A model on your device sends nothing. With a service you connected, what you send (your message, and a file or picture only after you allow it) goes straight from your device to that service, under that service's own privacy policy. ITpris Verktyg never receives it.
Cloud backup, only if you connect one
Backup to a cloud drive such as Google Drive or Dropbox is off until you connect your own account. Then your backup goes straight from your device to that account. You can disconnect at any time.
Downloads you choose
Some features need a large file the first time you use them, such as an AI model or a font. It is downloaded from ITpris Verktyg's own file host (or the model's public host) only when you choose that feature, and then kept on your device. Exchange rates are downloaded from the European Central Bank only if you turn them on in Settings. Like any download, these requests show your network address to the host; they carry nothing about you or your files.
Deleting your data
Because your data is on your device, you control it: delete files in the apps, clear the storage in Settings, clear the browser's site data, or remove the app. Nothing is left anywhere else.
