About Quotes
Quotes writes priced quotes and estimates for your customers: the lines, tax and discounts, the total, and the date the offer is valid until. Each quote prints and exports as a PDF in the same templates as orders and invoices. Mark it sent, and the list shows which quotes are waiting, which expired and which were accepted or declined. When the customer says yes, one click turns the quote into a confirmed order or a draft invoice with the same lines, and both keep a link to each other. Customers and products are the same ones Orders, Invoices and Inventory use. Everything stays in this browser, and nothing is uploaded.
