CSV to vCard converter

Turn a CSV table of people into a vCard 3.0 file that iPhone, Android, Google and Outlook can import.

Accepts

CSV (.csv). Other file types are not converted on this page.

How to convert

  1. Drop a CSV file with one contact on each row. The first row must hold the column names, such as Name, E-mail, Phone or Company.
  2. After converting, the status line lists the columns that were recognised (for example E-mail and Phone) and any column that was not used.
  3. Download the .vcf file. It holds one BEGIN:VCARD block for each row, ready to import into your contacts app.

Your files stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded: the conversion runs in your browser, and the file is never sent to ITpris Verktyg or to any other server.

Questions

Which column names are recognised?

Name, First name, Last name, Company or Organisation, Job title or Title, E-mail, Phone, Mobile or Cell, Address, Website or URL, and Note. Capitals do not matter, and E-mail and E mail both work.

Can a row have several e-mails or phones?

Yes. Each e-mail or phone column is kept. A header such as Mobile or Work sets the vCard type. Use a semicolon to put two values in one cell.
