Compare two images and find the differences
Two versions of a screenshot, a design or a photo: Compare finds the pixels that changed and boxes each area, so nothing slips past.
How to do it
- Drop the two pictures on the page (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP or AVIF), the original first.
- Side by side shows both with each changed area boxed. Next and Previous go from one area to the next.
- Slider puts B over A: drag across the picture, or use the arrow keys, to wipe between them.
- Difference fades A and paints every changed pixel red. Move Picture threshold to ignore small changes such as compression noise.
- Export a report with A, B and the difference picture, as HTML or PDF.

Questions
Is anything uploaded?
No. Both files are read by the page in your browser and never leave your device.
What if the pictures are different sizes?
B is stretched to the size of A to compare them, and the page says so.
What does the threshold do?
It sets how different a pixel must be to count as changed. 0 counts any change; 10% ignores most compression noise.
Can I compare screenshots of web pages?
Yes. That is a common use: two screenshots of the same page before and after a change.
