Print on Avery label sheets
Pick your Avery sheet by its code and Label Designer lays out the labels to match, so the print lines up. Design one label, fill the sheet with copies or a list of addresses, and print.
How to do it
- Open Label setup and choose your sheet: Letter sizes such as 5160, 5163 or 5167, or A4 sizes such as L7160, L7163 or L7651.
- Design the label with Text, Barcode, QR code, Image, Box and Line from the Insert menu.
- For different labels on each one, import a CSV or Excel file and insert fields.
- In Print…, set Start at label to use a sheet that is already partly used.
- Print at 100% (actual size), or save a PDF to print later.
Sheets included: Avery 5160/8160, 5161, 5162, 5163/8163, 5164, 5167, 5195, 5126 and 5165 on Letter; L7159, L7160, L7162, L7163, L7165, L7173, L7651 and L7167 on A4; and Herma 4360, 4474, 4457 and 4628. Any other sheet can be set up with a custom size and grid.

Questions
My sheet is not in the list. What now?
Set a custom label size in Label setup, in mm or inches, with the number of labels across and down and the gaps from the sheet's packaging.
Why do my labels not line up?
Print at 100% or Actual size, with scaling to fit turned off in the print dialog. Then do a test on plain paper held against a label sheet.
Is this an official Avery tool?
No. ITpris Verktyg is not affiliated with Avery Products Corporation. Avery is a trademark of its owner, and the name is used here only to say what this app can stand in for. The sheet codes are given so you can find your layout.
