Convert an EML email to PDF
Keep an email as a PDF for your records or a case file. Email Viewer writes the headers and the text of the message to a clean A4 PDF, in any writing system.
How to do it
- Drop the .eml file on the page.
- Choose Convert to PDF, or Export and then PDF.
- Keep the attachment names listed, and tick Add PDF and image attachments as pages if you want them inside.
- Choose Download, or Open in PDF Editor to sign or annotate it.
To keep the HTML layout and pictures instead, choose Print and pick Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog.

Questions
Does the PDF keep the email's design?
Convert to PDF keeps the headers and the text, with links as text. For the HTML layout and images, use Print and save as PDF from the print dialog.
Are attachments put inside the PDF?
Their names are listed under the message. Tick Add PDF and image attachments as pages to put those files in the PDF after the message.
Does it work for Arabic, Chinese or Swedish mail?
Yes. The text is set in fonts for each writing system, so it stays real text you can search. A language font downloads once, after asking.
