PNG to ICO converter
Make a Windows icon (ICO) from a PNG. The picture is fitted into a square at the size you choose.
How it works
The PNG is fitted into a square, centred, with transparent margins. It is stored as one PNG-compressed image in an ICO file.
Icons are single-size here. Make one ICO per size if you need several.
Your files stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded, and the converter runs entirely in your browser.
Questions
What sizes can I choose?
From 16 to 256 pixels. 256 is the largest size an ICO image can hold.
Does one ICO hold several sizes?
This converter writes one size. Combine icons with an icon editor if you need a multi-size file.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Every conversion runs in your browser, on this device. Files are not sent to ITpris Verktyg or to any other server.
